There can really be no doubt that we’re living in the Golden Age of TV. There’s so much good TV these days that it’s literally impossible to keep up. But I try… and here are the ten best series I watched in 2023.

‘Science Fair: The Series’ is a documentary series that showcases students working to solve the world’s most complex and pressing issues using science while competing for a coveted spot at the International Science and Engineering Fair. The series premieres on National Geographic TV on Sunday, December 10th and begins streaming on Disney+ Friday, December 15th.

I’ve really enjoyed a lot of Marvel’s Disney Plus shows. ‘WandaVision’ was spectacular, ‘Ms. Marvel’ was oodles of fun, and ‘What If?’ was a favorite of mine, although I accept that it’s an unpopular opinion. But my favorite of the Disney Plus MCU shows to date has been ‘Hawkeye.’ I’ve just re-watched ‘Hawkeye’ for a fourth time, and it absolutely holds up.

‘Incredible Animal Journeys’ is a nature documentary hosted by Jeremy Renner. It premieres Sunday, November 19th on National Geographic.

‘UFOs: Investigating the Unknown’ is a documentary series that looks into unidentified flying objects and investigations into the subject by reporters and government. The first two episodes of the series premiere on Monday, February 13th at 9pm/8pm Central on the National Geographic Channel and stream the next day on Hulu.
