If you are a fan of Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming’s Powers comic book series, you’ve no doubt at least heard of the Powers show produced by the Playstation Network. If you missed it, or couldn’t watch it streaming, the wait is over as Powers Season 1 was released on Blu-Ray and DVD yesterday!
I wrote a review and synopsis of the first episode when it was released, and have been eagerly awaiting the release of the full first season on Blu-Ray. I’ve been a reader of Powers since the very first issue, and, as a long time fan, I am so happy with the way the show came out. If you haven’t checked it out yet, now is the perfect time to hop on board!
