Next fill in the tags for the joined file, the Album name should come from iTunes, but the rest will probably be blank.
There are several options in Join Together which we need to use. The important ones are ‘Use ChapterTool‘ and ‘Remember Playback Position‘. Other than that it’s just a personal preference on the quality settings and other tags.
One final check that the track names are OK (you can still edit them in Join Together if not) and then hit the ‘Proceed‘ button. The script will work it’s wonders, firing up QuickTime 7 to do the actual joining and encoding. Now might be a good time to put the kettle on.
