How-to: Create a Chapterized Audio File of Your Kids’ Audiobooks (or Your Own Mixed CDs)

Geek Culture

Step 7
As a final touch, you’ll want to get the album artwork and you’ll probably need to hunt the internet to find it as the iTunes store probably won’t have it. Doug’s Scripts has a couple of scripts which can be helpful (searching Google Images or Amazon etc), but if they don’t work, you can always do it by hand.
Go to discogs.com and search for your CD, 99 times out of 100 some kind person out there will have scanned all the artwork for you and they may have even added the sleeve notes to the page too. Copy in the artwork and while you’re there, copy the URL of the page into the Comments tag to save time later if you ever what to find it again.

Et Voilá, a single file, fully indexed and skippable, with glorious album art for your cover flow delight. I’ve been @geekDadNath, thanks for listening…
