Sticki Rolls Minecraft Edition

Reviews Toys

Sticki Rolls has just rolled out their latest collaboration with Minecraft!

As a litle background, I’ve covered Sticki Rolls a couple of times now (previously in our holiday gift guide and for the Aphmau Collaboration). All of the Sticki Roll sets, including the new Minecraft ones, can be used together and are fully mix-and-match.

There are three options for collecting Minecraft Sticki Rolls – a Collector’s Book pack, a Backpack Clip Pack, or in Mystery Capsules.

The Collector’s Book Pack contains a small binder as in previous collections but with one change that we really like – instead of the collector sticker pages being hole punched, the binder has little sheet protectors that the sticker pages can be inserted into. While this makes it a little more work to put sticks onto the pages once they are in the binder, the bright side is that it makes reorganizing sticker pages much easier while also protecting the stickers. Overall, it’s definitely a huge improvement. This pack also includes a fold out collector’s guide to all of the different stickers, 20 sticker pages, a wristband with 5 Sticki Rolls on it, and 7 additional Sticki Rolls. The bracelets in the Minecraft collection have 18 different block styles. We got the TNT blocks in our pack.

We also got one of the Backpack Clip packs. Ours was the Creeper version, but there is also a Wolf version and an Enderman version. The Backpack Clip Pack includes a backpack clip that a single Sticki Roll can be put on, the fold-out collector’s guide, a sticker page for the Collector’s Guide, a bracelet, and 6 additional Sticki Rolls. While the bracelets are great for carrying a lot of Sticki Rolls, our daughter has been really “great” at losing them while at school since she likes to play hard! We are excited to see how the backpack clip does when school starts soon as we think it will be a better way to transport and share her Sticki Rolls at school, and she can keep the bracelets for hanging out with friends.

Lastly, there are Mystery Capsules to help you fill out your sticker collection. The capsules are, of course, styled to look like the familiar block of Minecraft. Each capsule contains an assembled bracelet with five Sticki Rolls, a sticker page for the sticker binder, and a fold-out collector’s guide.

I’ve said this when reviewing Sticki Rolls before, but it is definitely worth repeating here. In general, I am not the biggest fan of mystery toys and collectibles, but I Sticki Rolls are one of the few that is worth the price if your kids like stickers, bracelets, and, now, Minecraft. While previously, my daughter was the biggest collector of Sticki Rolls, her older brother has joined in thanks to the Minecraft theme and they, somewhat collaboratively, divvied up the spoils.

Note: I was sent these for review purposes but all thoughts and opinions above are my own.
