Click That Brick! Lumibricks Cyberpunk Police HQ and Police Urban Convoy

Featured Products Reviews Toys

If you went by my previous reviews of the Boxing Club and the Brick Art Gallery, you’d think that all Lumibricks made were modern urban buildings. But if you’ve never checked out their site before, you’d find out they have multiple product lines. One of their most popular is “Cyberpunk Neoncity”, and Lumibricks recently sent me their two newest cyberpunk sets: the Cyberpunk Police HQ, and the Police Urban Convoy.

Lumibricks Cyberpunk Police HQ

The Cyberpunk Police HQ is a 1,716-piece set from Lumibricks that comes with 4 minifigures, and 10 lights. When completed, the set measures 15.94″ high by 7.52″ wide by 10.4″ deep. It retails for $109.99, and can be purchased directly from Lumibricks, or from the Lumibricks store on Amazon.

There are 10 brick bags, as well as two instruction books, and a box containing the lights and tools for the set. As is usual for Lumibricks sets, there are no stickers, instead having 52 screen printed bricks.

Like Lumibricks’ Boxing Club, the Cyberpunk Police HQ has two vertically-formatted instruction manuals.

While the manuals have mostly detailed instructions on assembling the building, there is a short guide to the elements of the Police HQ at the start of the first book.

The lighting kit is pretty standard for Lumibricks sets. There’s a power brick, a couple of bags of lights, a USB cord, tweezers, and a small Phillips screwdriver. The power brick operates on AA batteries, which are not included.

As always, Lumibricks suggests testing out all of the lights before assembly.

Lumibricks Cyberpunk Police HQ – The Minifigures

There are 4 minifigures included: a detective, a cyborg cop, a police commander, and a convict.

Assembling the Cyberpunk Police HQ

There are three floors to the Police HQ. As with the other Lumibricks sets I’ve assembled, you will add lights to the build as you go.

Ground Floor

The ground floor consists of the lobby, and the police garage.

A play feature of the first floor is a garage door that you can open and close.

Second Floor

The second floor houses the Admin Zone.

Here’s a look at the Admin Zone in progress. You can remove the lower torso and place the Cyborg Cop at a desk. In the photo below, you can also see the power connector at the top of the wall, which will pair with one on the third floor to allow lighting up that floor.

There is a hinged wall on the second floor which allows easy access to that floor.

Third Floor and Final Details

The third floor is the Sky Prison.

Once the third floor is complete, you can then attach it to the second floor. With all the power connectors lined up, you can hook up the battery box and light up the entire building.

Some of the highlights of the second floor include a police drone which has a flashing red light on its base:

Even though there are only 10 lighting elements in the set, the use of translucent plastic really enhances the cyberpunk feel of the Police HQ.

Lumibricks Police Urban Convoy

The other new set in the Cyberpunk line from Lumibricks is the Police Urban Convoy.

At 485 pieces, the Police Urban Convoy is a relatively small set. It comes with 1 minifigure, and 8 LED lights. When completed, it measures 3.03″ wide, by 7.2″ long, and 3.54″ tall. It retails for $36.99, and is available from the Lumibricks website or from the Lumibricks store on Amazon.

With only 4 brick bags and 16 screen-printed bricks, the Urban Police Convoy is a much quicker build than the Cyberpunk Police HQ. Here’s the single included minifigure:

And here’s a look at the build:

Rather than the larger AA battery-powered box that lights up the Police HQ, the Police Urban Convoy has a small, watch batter-powered case that attaches to the bottom of the vehicle.

There are a number of play elements to the Police Urban Convoy. The vehicle can be easily converted into a hover mode, by rotating the six wheels:

Additionally, you can remove the roof to seat the driver behind the wheel.

Removing the roof gives you access to the containment unit. You can place a prisoner minifigure within the containment unit, but one is not included with the set.

Lumibricks 4th Anniversary Celebration

Before I give my final thoughts on the two Cyberpunk sets, I wanted to draw your attention to the Lumibricks 4th Anniversary Celebration, which is going on now through the 31st of May 2026. During this event, Lumibricks is special discounts and gifts on their website. You can find out more information here

Cyberpunk Police HQ and Police Urban Convoy – Final Thoughts

OK, let me get the bad news out of the way first: The Police Urban Convoy is too tall to fully fit inside of the garage of the Police HQ. You can remove the back wall and (just) fit it in that way, but attempting to drive it into the garage from the front leads to the gun bumping up against the garage door. it’s a real bummer, as it would have been great to be able to drive the vehicle into the Police HQ garage. That being said, Lumibricks also makes a Cybperpunk Police Patrol Car which is only 2.1″ high, and will likely fit just fine into the garage.

These are the first sets of the Cyberpunk line that I’ve assembled, and I’ve been very impressed with them. They’re interesting to build, with a very distinctive design aesthetic. I love how Lumibricks pulls off the “neon” look of the lights by using translucent pieces. Lighting them up and looking at the two sets at night really transports you to a Blade Runner-esque world. And much like with the urban building sets, there’s a whole line available, so you can use these sets as either the start or the continuation of a whole Cyberpunk city.

Both the Cyberpunk Police HQ and the Police Urban Convoy have plenty of play elements, so they don’t just look good sitting on the shelf. And you can easily access the interiors of both sets via doors and removable or hinged walls.

With 4 years under their belt, Lumibricks continues to make really fun and affordable building sets with great lighting elements. The Cyberpunk Police HQ and Police Urban Convoy continue with this, making them easy recommendations to anyone who enjoys brick building.
