The Yeedi C12 Combo (retails for $699) is a three-in-one vacuum set. It features a handheld, stick, and robot, all with mopping capability. I’ve been using it at my house for a couple of months now, and I’m eager to share how well it has blended with the rest of my household tools.

Setup and Ease of Use
I’ve tried a couple of robot vacuums in the past. In comparison, the Yeedi was a standout in ease of setup and use. The app didn’t have any complicated steps to get it synced up. Once I hit the mapping stage, it navigated my house with few issues (it had a hiccup on my Ruggable, but it was minor). I liked how it didn’t need to enter every nook and cranny of my house to map. It was able to use its sensors to map it out without taking itself there physically.
Noise and Pet Friendliness
In terms of noise, even on the middle setting, this is one of the quieter vacuums I’ve used. My toy poodle, Bakster Stockman, isn’t fazed by it (and he’s fazed by everything).
The worst part of the noise is when it’s emptying the canister. Both the robot and the handheld will empty once they are docked. The handheld has to be away from the dock for at least 45 seconds so it registers to empty when you return it.
Attachments
The stick and handheld attachments are great for when I have a quick cleanup to do and don’t want to deploy the robot feature. Just like the robot, the handheld has three power settings you can choose from. It also comes with the standard brush assortment to attach to the stick or handheld for a deeper or more precise cleaning. The attachments are housed in the base.
Cleaning Performance
As far as cleaning goes, I was impressed with how well it handled my tile and vinyl floors. No dust was left behind. When it got to a space it couldn’t reach, it quickly recalibrated its route and managed to clean everywhere it could fit. I was able to walk around it and not disturb the cycle, and even if I was in front of it, the robot would work around me without issue.
Pros and Cons
No piece of technology is without its pros and cons. Yeedi is no different. Here’s my shortlist of things I consider positive and things that could use improvement.
Pros
- The robot is easy to set up
- The extra attachments make quick spills easy to tend to
- It’s not as noisy as traditional stick vacuums
- The app is user-friendly and lets you program which rooms you want cleaned
- The vacuums will empty on their own
Cons
- The price might seem a bit high for some families (but you can occasionally find it on sale on Amazon)
- The instructions for mopping are not clear and were hard for me to figure out
- The base that the stick vacuum attaches to is not the sturdiest
- It only supports 2.4GHz wireless
Final Thoughts
Reflecting on the past two months, the Yeedi has not disappointed me (ok, maybe once, when my husband flipped the switch off and kept it from charging overnight). It’s easy to send it out for a deep clean around my house without me having to helicopter over it. The app makes it easy for me to send it on its way to the rooms I need to be cleaned or the whole house. It was able to get on my Ruggable easily after the first pass.
