Anansi Boys #5 is the fifth issue adapting the marvelous Anansi Boys into graphic form.
Fat Charlie has had a lot of nasty surprises since his father′s demise. First, he discovers he has a magic brother that everyone likes. One that enjoys singing and fun a bit too much.
Then, after a night remembering their father, he finds himself in bed with another woman, one that is not his fiancée (a woman who wants to wait until after they get married) and to top it all, his future mother-in-law has visited him.
Feeling queasy, he calls his brother, only to find out that Spider is now impersonating him at the Graham Coates Agency, having fun at the office, magically discovering what his boss is up to, and, what is even worse, telling his fiancée, that he is, indeed, Fat Charlie and not Spider, something she happily believes as Fat Charlie′s demi-god brother is full of tricks.
Anansi Boys #5 is on sale since October 30, 2024.
