The launch day list of films and television series available on the soon-to-be-released Disney+ service is, in a word, ridiculous. (Where else can I stream both Mr. Boogedy and X-Men: Evolution?!) Obviously, the Marvel Universe originals have garnered the lion’s share of the press, but today I found myself watching a preview clip of an unexpectedly inspiring property rooted in real-world heroism.
Marvel’s Hero Project shines the spotlight on children doing the extraordinary, kids leveraging their great power and even greater responsibility to change their community, their country, and even the world. Originally shared during an exclusive NYCC promotional panel, the following first-look features Jordan, a young hero using technology and creativity to, in her own words, “let people who are disabled build off of their disability.”
You can check out the clip below, catch the premiere of Marvel’s Hero Project on Disney+ on November 12, and even pre-order the steaming service now at DisneyPlus.com.
