Already in action, a family in Indiana is spreading kindness in an interesting way. Designed by their children, the family makes plush monsters based on their kids’ drawings. They sell them on their website and in a few stores.
Each monster comes with a Monster Mission, which is a secret mission to spread kindness. Examples include writing a kind letter, baking secret cookies, or encouraging others to continue the spread of kindness. Once the Monster Mission is completed, the owner of the Promise Monster can let the company know, and the mission-completer will receive a reward. An actual physical reward, like a superhero cape for their monster.
These monsters are adorable, and promote spreading kindness to others. What a great thing to do for and with your children. It’s a great idea to do as a summer activity, too, spreading kindness wherever possible.
The company is trying to expand their offerings with a new monster named Albert. Consider helping them in their endeavor by supporting their Kickstarter campaign. There are only a few days left, so check them out soon! A worthy endeavor to support, they even have a Kindness Ninja! Sneaky kindness? What’s better than that?
The monsters are made in the USA.
