Kennedy Space Center Kid’s Meal Toys at Chick-fil-A

Most fast-food restaurant kid’s meal toys are tie-ins with kids’ movies, TV shows, games, or toy lines. So I thought it was refreshing and very cool when my family went to Chick-fil-A a few days ago. For the next two weeks (ending November 22), most Chick-fil-A locations (in 37 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.) will have toys tied in with the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.

Each toy is one of four parts of a space station, and comes with cards printed with space trivia along with the stickers and such to make the space station look a bit more realistic. While not mentioned in the announcement (so I don’t know if it’s the case in every meal), my kids’ toys also included a $5.00 coupon for admission to the Visitor Complex.

The toys aren’t cool enough to warrant a special trip just to get them. But if you’re thinking about getting fast food, and Chick-fil-A is one of the options, you might want to move it up on the list. Of course, you can’t go there today, since all Chick-fil-A locations are closed on Sundays.
