Why You Should Get the FEPPO Temperature Control Heated Coffee Mug
I have had the opportunity to use the FEPPO Temperature Control Heated Coffee Mug for a few weeks. I tried it with hot chocolate while my adult daughter has been using it for coffee. I am impressed at how easy it is to use and maintain. She likes her coffee at 150°F. She was impressed that after adding a cold protein drink to her coffee and putting the lid on the mug, the mug actually raised the the temperature of the coffee back up to 150°F. Most heated mugs that I have used can only maintain temperature. However, this one can actually heat up liquids to some degree. I read a University of Texas study that stated the ideal temperature for hot chocolate is 136°F, so I set the mug to 135°F and it worked well. Though I find that I prefer it at 140°F. As a teacher, I don’t always drink my hot beverages all at once and often find my drink getting cold before I can finish it. I find it works best to have the lid on for those times when it can be several minutes between sips.
