10 Things Parents Columns Movies

The movie How to Train Your Dragon 2 has hit theaters today, and it looks like it might hit that rarefied territory of sequels that improve upon the original. Having read GeekDad Jonathan Liu’s excellent review of the film, I can’t wait to take my family to see it soon.

I’m pretty impressed by how well DreamWorks Animation has been able to keep advancing their technology while maintaining a distinctive style. It’s been five years since the original film, so if you’d like to refresh your memory, or if you’d just like to learn more about the movie’s dragons before or after you see the new film, check out the awesome Dragonpedia on the official movie website.
