Long-time friend of GeekDad and GeekMom, Bob Boyle, has a brand new book out starring his newest creations, Rosie & Rex. In the new book, Rosie & Rex: A Nose for Fun!, this playful duo argue about whether or not robots are fun. Rex thinks they are. Rosie isn’t so sure. She would rather have a princess ballerina tea party. But when they encounter an unusual object, all kinds of fun ensue as they try to figure out what it is.

Fantastic for young kids, and for fans of Bob’s art in general, Rosie & Rex: A Nose for Fun! is a great addition to anyone’s picture book library. Also great for early readers, Bob excels at keeping stories lighthearted and positive. Anyone who remembers his work in Wow! Wow! Wubbzy remembers Wubbzy’s never-ending optimism and boundless joy. That innocence is carried over into this book.

Rosie & Rex: A Nose for Fun! retails for $15.99 and will be released near the end of February. You can pre-order it on Amazon for $11.44, however, so reserve yours today!

If you love Bob‘s style and sense of humor, check out his run of webcomics, Geek Life, that used to run on GeekDad and GeekMom, along with the aforementioned Wow! Wow! Wubbzy. He’s also done plenty of work for Sesame Street, and has another fantastic book called Hugo and the Really, Really, Really Long String. Bob’s the real deal, and is as nice as his characters.
