The fine folks at Activision are offering up five copies of their upcoming game Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventures. I’ve been looking forward to this game since I first saw it at the New York Toy Fair back in February.
Spyro’s Adventures adds a physical aspect to the game with a Portal of Power. Dropping one of 32 toy figures on the portal unlocks the character in game. Swap characters to gain their special abilities or drop two on the portal for multi-player. The cool thing is that a character’s score, achievements and level-ups are stored in the character, allowing you to play your character on any console.
Now for the chance to win one of those five copies for your choice of console. Tell us in the form below about your DIY Halloween Costume. It doesn’t have to be from this year, but it must be entirely DIY. You can earn a second entry by adding a link to photographs and a third entry if the linked page includes instructions on how to build your costume. If you have any trouble with the form or it doesn’t appear for you, please enter here — do not submit your entry in the comments, as it will not count.
Deadline is midnight on Friday, October 7th. The GeekDads will vote on the top two costumes. The prizes will be awarded at random.
