Over the past several decades, Halloween has grown into an institution of its own, and these days people demand more TV programming — for adults and for kids alike — around the holiday. This year, Disney Channel is going all-out, putting on an entire month of spooky kids’ shows, and three new episodes of GeekDad favorite Phineas and Ferb are among the highlights.
