Yes, the Harlem Shake video meme has run its course. There are literally thousands of variations of the 30-second song clip with accompanying crazy dancing now, simply because it’s such an easy thing to copy. We have to laud, however the folks at YouTube (showing, perhaps, the puckish influence of their Google overlords), for taking the Harlem Shake to a whole new meta level. Just go to YouTube.com, and enter “Do the Harlem Shake” into the search field, hit enter, and watch (with sound). Now we know what HTML5 is capable of.
