The search [what color ice can planes land on in Antarctic] yields little as the search is too specific. However, a search for [ice colors in Antarctica] will lead to an article on blue ice. Read on to find that blue ice is sometimes used for polar runways because the surface is very strong and hard. Conclusion: yes, you can aim for it.
