I responded immediately to Chris Anderson’s call for bloggers. Well, his second call, anyways. My inane musings have always been popular in my imagination and I thought they should have a wider readership. Chris logically agreed by extending the offer. I have since deleted all requests that I cease and desist.
I’ve really enjoyed exercising and increasing my geek cred over the last two years, mostly by reading other GeekDad posts and learning from them. It’s helped me to spend more time with my kids on geeky projects.
Beyond the camaraderie with the other GeekDads, the reader response to articles has been the best part of writing for GeekDad. Your comments rock, people! My favorite personal post was Sprint to World Domination, because we cyborgs are here to stay.
