Convention Connection: Geek Culture Conventions for Week 8 2019

Comics & Geek Culture Conventions

The focus convention for Convention Connection during week eight of 2019 is the Great Lakes Comic Convention this Friday, February 22 and Saturday, February 23 in Warren, Michigan. This year’s event features a number of special guests, including a 5-year anniversary with Sesame Street cast members Caroll Spinney, Bob McGrath, Roscoe Orman, Emilio Delgado, and Alan Muraoka. Additional programming includes tabletop and classic arcade video gaming, panels, a costume contest, and a silent auction. Tickets may be purchased online or at the door the day of the event.
