The folks over at Waterfield (makers of high-quality bags and gear that we have covered numerous times here on GeekDad) just announced their latest community design effort… a next generation wallet. Waterfield has taken this community design approach several times in the past with the Pro Backpack, the Air Porter, the Next Gen Gear Cases, and the Nintendo Switch collection of bags. This time around they decided it was time to update the wallet, and their quote below explains why:
“Now that we use our phones to buy things, store loyalty cards, or show photos, will our wallets need to change? “
