Way cooler than any holiday special, Chewbacca is embracing the season in one of the incredible Star Wars Christmas cards from Lovepop—even if Itchy, Malla, and Lumpy are missing. (Search for it if you are confused… you’ll thank me later.) Yoda and R2-D2 also make appearances on their own cards, each designed with spectacular detail and amazing humor. The holiday collection includes much more than just excellent Star Wars themed cards, there are also classic holiday icons, including Christmas trees, menorahs, Nordic gnomes, snowmen, and more.

Lovepop cards are famous for their incredibly detailed cut paper models—each design pops up when opened, exposing a kirigami masterpiece (a variation of origami that includes cutting of the paper, rather than solely folding the paper… you can search that one too, it’s super interesting). This year’s collection even has a few hanging ornaments, gift tags, and tabletop decorations—all beautifully crafted in the same precise cut paper style.

“No occasion is too small, and no relationship too insignificant, to go out of your way to make someone’s day just a little bit better.”
Wombi Rose, co-founder and CEO of Lovepop

If you haven’t been lucky enough to receive (or generous enough to give) a Lovepop card, you might remember them from an appearance on Shark Tank, where Kevin “Mr. Wonderful” O’Leary became an investor. Lovepop cards are available online and in a few kiosks in the northeastern USA—click here to order on Amazon (affiliate link). We were sent a few Lovepop cards to experience them for ourselves; all opinions are our own.
