Recently I’ve been on a kick to get a little athletic balance into my kids lives. Whether that is for them to have a challenge they take on (like here) or one that I take on (like the IRONMAN) – I want them to have a wealth of experiences to draw on for the rest of their lives. Recently, I took them to their first college football game (complete with pre-game tailgating).
What is your tailgating past time? Do you indulge in large amounts of food? We did. Do you break out a sports ball of some sort and have a game in the parking lot? We did. Do you make fun of drunk college kids? We did (although, the kids weren’t around for that part).
