Last week I wrote about getting my kids to exercise (with the Ragnar 31 days of activity challenge). It’s hard to get them to always want to get up and move around. Like anything—the more excited we can get them about something, or the more fun it is, the more likely they’ll get their sweat on. The magic combination appears to be fun + excitement + TV Show = great time. Enter Sky Zone.
The Sky Zone near us recently went through an overhaul. Not content with just a bays of trampolines and dodge ball courts—they went full on American Ninja Warrior and added obstacles, rock climbing walls, and warped walls. Given my kids are also huge Ninja Warrior fans… it seemed like an easy decision for some Saturday afternoon fun.
