After much buildup, including the tease at the end of Avengers: Infinity War and the recently released exclusive images, Marvel Studios has released the official trailer for Captain Marvel.
The trailer starts off with a bang and immediately showcases its 1990’s setting with a familiar location. Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson as the titular character (Carol Danvers, not to be confused with the numerous other versions of the character), Jude Law as Mar-Vell, and a digitally altered Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, but the trailer also gives us our first live-action glimpses of the Skrulls. The first female-led superhero movie is set for release March 8, 2019. Check out the trailer below!
