Inateck Tomons Lamp Review

Products Reviews

I never thought I’d be reviewing a lamp, but when Inateck pitched me their Tomons Lamp, I knew it was gorgeous enough that I had to check it out.

When I first saw it, my initial thought was that it reminded me of an IKEA lamp in all of the good ways. It’s made of metal, wood, and has a fabric cover over the cord. In fact, the only places it seems to have plastic are areas where any other material would be difficult or unnecessarily costly, such as the fitting for the lightbulb or the socket plug.

While there isn’t much as far as features to review, it’s a pretty standard directional desk lamp, it stands out in terms of aesthetics and build quality. The lamp comes in three colors, black, white, and lime green. Mine is the pale lime green, giving it a retro quality. The green looks striking, playing off of all of the blonde stained wood. In an office like mine, it stands out against all of the metal-and-wood construction that is popular today.

In a world where everything seems to be made of plastic and designed to break, it’s refreshing to have a product that’s attractive and looks like it’s designed to last.

The Tomons lamp by Inateck is currently available on Amazon for $36.99, down from the original $89.99
