Welcome to Trailer Theater, a new, weekly column covering the best trailers and promotional videos of the past week in one, easy to discover place. It’s hard to sift through all of the new titles coming our way, so each week I’ll be sharing trailers from the more promising television shows and films on the horizon, as well as the occasional video game or book preview as well.

Twin Peaks – A teaser for the upcoming return of David Lynch’s masterwork featuring some familiar settings any Peaks fan can identify. Twin Peaks premieres May 21st on Showtime.

Marvel’s The Defenders – Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist come together in the first full trailer for Marvel’s The Defenders. The first season comes to Netflix on August 18th.

Okja – In this faux-promotional video, Lucy Mirando (Tilda Swinton), CEO of the Mirando Corporation, has a message for the world ahead of the release of Bong Joon-ho’s (Snowpiercer) newest take on the Kaiju genre.
