Black History Month: 12 Books for Children Written by Black Muslim Authors

As part of my ongoing effort to incorporate the work of people of color into our family library, a post from the site muslimgirl.com caught my eye. Recommended by a friend who is also a scholar of Islam, this post captures the essence of intersectionality and illustrates how important it is for us to be engaged listeners.
