This week, we have a Star Wars Rebels double feature for your listening pleasure. We’re thrilled to be joined by both Vanessa Marshall (Hera Syndulla) and Taylor Gray (Ezra Bridger) to talk about Rebels, their love of Star Wars, and why now is such an important time for fans everywhere.
As is our way, we stray from Rebels to talk about the industry, their respective creative processes, and the power of storytelling as a career.
We also go in some unexpected places. Vanessa touches on spirituality and the love-fear dichotomy in both herself and her characters, and we chat a bit about her mother’s continued success in Hollywood (and now the voiceover world). Rebels is very much a show about the connections between and among people and how each of those connections is critically important in its own way, so we also touch on that dynamic with both of our guests.
And no, I can’t avoid asking if there will be a Rebels – Rogue One crossover/connection. Listen for Taylor’s answer.
