Pathfinder Adventures, the app version of the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game, is nearly here! Obsidian Entertainment first announced this partnership with Paizo at Gen Con in 2014, and I’ve been eagerly anticipating it since then. But developing an app takes time, particularly for a game as involved as PACG. GeekDads Ryan Hiller and Will James got a peek at PaizoCon last year, and I got to fiddle around a little bit at Gen Con last summer, too.

Sounds cool. I have no smartphone, will I be able to play the game from my computer?
I believe it’s just for tablets at this time but the developers have said they’re working on a PC version for later release.

Thank the gods! I can stick that behemoth box set away. It dominates my game shelf as the largest box ever made for a game. It is a card game which is the absurd part.
