Based on the Fox 4 news broadcast that Dave Banks did, my parents ordered two of these for my children (their grandchildren) for Christmas. It was ordered on December 7. We still haven’t received them and the tracking number provided by the company does not indicate that they are even in the country. The company does not return emails and has a full voicemail box. Any suggestions??? I am very close to filing a report with the BBB. Other than that, we have no idea what to do.
