NASA released the best image of Pluto we’ve seen so far. We really feel like we know the planet now, because it’s obvious: Pluto is Arrakis (from Dune). How soon can we get the Spice mining operation up and running?

Why is the comparison being made between Pluto and Arrakis. I must be missing something.
