In today’s market, home automation and cameras are commonplace. Many of the offer great features and neat extras, but few combine simplicity with great features. The latest test unit I received was the Oco Wi-Fi Video Camera.
The Oco is unique to me because of the extreme simplicity to set up. I set this camera up at my Boomer Dad’s home so that I could keep an eye on him from my new home in Texas. My dad is non-techie, so I needed something that would be super easy in case the power reset or he needed to move it. I can’t get over how simple this camera was to set up! The other great feature for this camera is that it allows the viewer to talk and listen to the recorded targets. This has come in handy while trying to talk my father through a cable install and fixing universal remote issues. Apparently, it would be useful to pet owners to communicate with their animals while away from home also.
