Attention all GeekParents: Sunday, August 2nd is Family Fun Day at Gen Con in Indianapolis!
With Gen Con less than 3 weeks away, thousands of gamers from around the globe are preparing for 4 days of cards, dice, miniatures and more. Each day features several events specifically for younger gamers, but families traveling to Indy for day four of the gaming conference can get 4 badges for only $35. Given that a single day badge costs $55 this year, $35 for four single-day badges is a steal! The badges include access to the exhibit hall, activities, Family Fun Pavilion, and the Training Ground, an area targeted at gamers between four and twelve years old. Several game companies have planned special family events for Sunday, as well.
