Giveaway: Win a Set of Crafteeo Gear!

Geek Culture Toys
Crafteeo Blue
“Southern Guardian” helmet with sword and shield from Crafteeo.

Crafteeo makes awesome toy armor out of cardboard. Here’s your chance to win a free set for your kids!

As you may know, I consider cardboard boxes one of the best toys ever, and I always love seeing cool things made out of cardboard. Crafteeo has swords, shields, helmets, and daggers that you assemble yourself. You can get kits that include pre-punched cardboard sheets, or buy the pattern and cut your own cardboard. The helmets even have a little “spark gem” that lights up when you wear the helmet.

I got a helmet and dagger kit to try out with my kids, and I’ll be sharing more about that soon. For now, Crafteeo is providing two sets of armor in this giveaway, one with the Southern Guardian helmet and one with the Northern Guardian helmet, as well as the round shield and a longsword.

To enter, fill out the form below. (Sorry, US residents only.) Entries will be accepted until 10pm Pacific Time, Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Two winners will be selected at random from eligible entries, and one will win the Northern Guardian set and the other will win the Southern Guardian set. The kits include the cardboard and paint–instructions are found on the website, and you’ll need to provide a few of your own tools, including a hot glue gun.

The helmets will fit up to a 21″ head circumference, so you might want to make sure it will fit before you get started. (You can use this handy Crafteeo-ruler if you don’t have one handy.) There’s a strip across the top that can be used to adjust for height.
