Katee Sackhoff, of Battlestar Galactica fame, just announced a new show that she will not only star in but is also creating. Rain will be a drama set in a dystopian future that has resulted from global warming, excessive use of fossil fuels, and scientific manipulation of nature.
I cannot wait to see another sci-fi show starring Katee Sackhoff. Great science-fiction makes us reflect on our current situation and it sounds like the show will help put a spotlight on several issues challenging the planet today.
