For the first time ever, this year’s Pokémon US National Championships — taking place in Indianapolis, IN on July 4-6 — will be streamed online via Twitch.tv. Competitors will face off against each other in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y video game play, as well as in Pokémon Trading Card Game competitions, each hoping for nothing less than to be the very best (like no one ever was.) Attendees will also have the chance to score an exclusive Shiny Mamoswine for their own copies of X and Y, but, sadly, this opportunity doesn’t seem to extend to those of us watching at home.
