2014 is going to be a big year! Here it is February and I am still on track with my New Year’s Resolutions. One of the biggest resolutions for me was to get get organized.

A little background info on me, I am a packrat. I freely admit it. I have everything I have ever bought, found, gifted or discovered. Even digitally – I have four external hard drives with who knows what on them. All of this is because, I believe, that I will need one of these things in the future. So by that thought process, I will need this box of Tandy 5.25″ floppy disks…

Well, to find these things in the future, I will need to organize them. I am also working on purging some, but that is saved for a later post.

First item I bought to get organized is a label maker. To be precise, I picked up the Dymo LetraTag Plus Label Maker. I looked at several models, from the lowest of tech to the highest. A label maker that attaches to the PC seems pretty handy, but do you really need all that? No.

DYMO

The Dymo Label Maker works like a dream. Nice rubberized big buttons that are clearly marked and perform the operations needed. It has many fonts and there are many choices for the label paper medium, including: iron-on, clear and metallic.

I would recommend the Dymo LetraTag to anyone who is starting their next big project.
