We never thought the IOC would let the Empire field a team at the 2014 Olympic games, let alone allow them to take up defensive positions with their snow-walking AT-ATs. This might explain why the Sochi moguls course seems so tough, and why there have been so many blown anterior cruciate ligaments, torn medial collateral ligaments, bruised tibial plateaus and fractured femurs, and skiers who just seemed to, well, crumple and self-destruct part way down the course.
