There’s no end in sight for the Activision’s amazing franchise, Skylanders. With just two major titles in 21 months, Skylanders has reached the $1.5 Billion mark, but that’s not their only astounding metric. Skylanders Giants topped the best-selling handheld and console game category for the first six month in 2013, and the figures outsold all action-figure properties in the U.S. and Europe year-to-date in 2013.
Big congrats to the guys at Activision and Toys for Bob on their amazing milestones and best of luck to them and Vicarious Visions with the upcoming release of Skylanders SWAP Force.
