If you’re a regular reader of GeekDad, you know that we love the Disney Channel show Gravity Falls, right up there with Phineas and Ferb. If you’re one of the show’s fans — and if you’re not yet, go watch a few episodes and we’re pretty confident you will be.
For fans of Gravity Falls, there’s fun and awesome, or perhaps awesomely fun, news: You have the opportunity to design a T-shirt related to the show and possibly earn yourself some money as a result. The contest is being hosted on the website WeLoveFine.com, and has a grand prize that could be worth anywhere from $1,000 to $2,000 depending upon how many ratings the winning entry gets — plus an original, signed drawing by show creator and executive producer Alex Hirsch. Hirsch and the show’s creative director, Michael Rianda, are serving as guest judges for the contest, so you know they’ll be on the lookout for suitably weird humor.
The contest is already underway, and ends at 11:59 PST on January 31, 2013. That gives you just over three weeks, so get cracking!
