Looking for the perfect tablet companion for your New Year’s Eve party? The developers of the app Video Time Machine have released a special year-in-review app called 2012 Time Machine. I have been playing with this app for a few days now and it really is compelling to see the events from this past year play out on the screen.
2012 Time Machine has about 100 clips per topic, including movies, television, viral videos, sports and music. The clips are all displayed on an easy-to-navigate console which lets you choose by topic or randomly. Personally, I am a movie trailer fanatic so it was great to see trailers from most of the 2012 line-up of films – including many I have forgotten.
I highly recommend this app if you are looking for something to show off during your New Year’s Eve get-together or if you just want to reminisce over the year that was. 2012 Time Machine is available for all your iOS devices and is Airplay enabled. You can check it out here.
