Technology is changing the way our species receives and processes information. Formal education has not been excluded from these changes. The technology company Ericsson has created an excellent short documentary which takes a look at how information and communication technologies are changing education and access to information around the world. Talking with the likes of Sugata Mitra, Daphne Koller, and Jose Ferreira, The Future of Learning examines how the learning process can be adapted to the needs of each child and how the highest quality education is now available for any person who can connect to the internet. It is a thought-provoking look at the future.
