Living in Colorado, my family has two things hanging on the front door — garlic to ward off vampires and an “I Voted” sticker to turn back the canvassers. Bath time hasn’t been this peaceful in a month. This week’s puzzle asked you to recreate additional political trickery, using three intermediate steps and the rules of classic doublets to send the TRUTH, SOUTH. Most of you noticed that the tricky part of this trickery was that you have to change the U to an O and then back to a U again, using slightly arcane words. Here’s the full answer:
