Mega Bloks is having a “Halo Toymation Fest”! You can submit your own stop-motion animated Halo movies for a chance to win some really great prizes, including Halo Mega Bloks sets and a MacBook Pro. The deadline for submitting a video is October 25, so if there are any budding filmmakers out there, you better get to work! You can head to the Toymation site to watch all the submitted videos and vote on your favorites. Starting November 5, the four top-voted videos in each category will face off against each other. Finally, after Thanksgiving a panel of judges will select the top video overall.
The top winner in each category will win:
- the Fall 2012 Mega Bloks Halo and Halo Universe collectibles (selected items)
- a custom-built bronze Spartan figure
- a webcam, Toon Boom software
- a custom Mega Bloks build
- a Mega Bloks Halo nameplate
And the Grand Prize winner gets:
- the complete Fall 2012 Mega Bloks Halo and Halo Universe Collection (including Forward Unto Dawn)
- a custom bronze Spartan Figure
- a 15-inch MacBook Pro
- Final Cut X software
- Canon Rebel T4i
- Toon Boom software
- custom-built light-up Cortana figure trophy
- personalized Mega Bloks Halo nameplate
- having your video featured on Halo Waypoint for the world to see
