I recently learned about a new Kickstarter campaign that would give both programmers and non-programmers a new tool for developing their own applications. The creation environment allows the process to be driven by content, rather than bogging the creator down in syntax or code. But VΔDelta is a full programming language, using syntax that is quite English-y, that also includes drag and drop elements. Users can write code, use the GUI interface, or do a combination of the two. Also, it is quite customizable (see video above). Anyone can use it to create a program for their own needs.
