Help They Might Be Giants With Their Next Video

Geek Culture

Ten years ago, geek parents everywhere rejoiced as nerd-rock icons They Might Be Giants released their first kids’ album. No!, a clever and eclectic mix of songs that appealed to parents and children alike, rescued many of us from the torture of Kidz Bop and Raffi.

Now the band is putting out a deluxe version of the album with seven bonus tracks, including a bunch of live performances and the long-awaited “extended” version of the fantastic “Alphabet of Nations” song.

In addition, They Might Be Giants and director Emily Oberman are producing a new video for the song, and they need our help to do it. Until July 10, they’ll be reviewing photos posted on Instagram with the hashtag #TMBGnation. They’re looking for pictures from people in or hailing from the countries in the song. Even West Xylophone.

Check out the announcement on their site and watch the video above for more details. The deluxe version of No! is available for download on the band’s site.
