Brian M. Bendis is one of Marvel Comics’ most prominent writers, best known for his Daredevil and Avengers runs. Greg Rucka’s had acclaimed runs on DC’s Detective Comics, had what many consider to be the definitive Wonder Woman run, brought the new Batwoman to prominence, and has written Marvel’s Punisher and Wolverine.

Rucka’s new novel, Alpha, his first new thriller in a decade, came out this week. As part of the promotion, Alpha‘s publisher, Mulholland Books, has posted a conversation between Bendis and Rucka in which they talk about novel writing, comics work, interacting with readers and fatherhood.
