Lego, Lego, Lego. This whole “Friends” line of yours sure has feminists in an uproar. Pink, purple, and teal pieces? Figurines that the New York Daily News calls “bosomy”? (I think the Daily News needs to have their eyes checked. Barbie is bosomy. These? Hardly.) Mind you, the Friends figures are a little too Bratz looking for my taste, but I certainly don’t find them offensive.

However, one woman is so disturbed by the girly sets that she’s created an online petition asking Lego to change the way they’re marketing to girls. As of today, it’s already garnered 3,000 signatures.

GeekMom is no fan of gender stereotypes, but remember – Lego is in the business of selling bricks.
