Last September we blogged about the awesome Ninja Star: Wars prints by Steve Bialik. These clever Japanese woodblock-inspired posters depicted beloved Star Wars characters as if they were right out of an illustrated samurai epic.
Bialik is back with four more prints set in his alternate Star Wars universe. I’m having a hard time picking a favorite. It’s either the Leia stand-in, kneeling in her flowing white kimino to inspect the “Death Palace” plans, or the tauntaun-inspired creature that a lightsaber-wielding Luke stand-in rides in “Spacewalker.” Even the “Iwoks” are pretty cool, and that’s no mean feat.
Each print is $10, or you can get all four for $30.
